Our Story
Softies started with my husband's love for a really good cookie and my need to eat gluten-free. I wanted to create something we could both enjoy without compromising on flavor, texture, or any of the good stuff.
After a little experimenting (and plenty of taste testing), Softies was born. Thick, soft, chewy gourmet cookies made with gluten-free ingredients that everyone can get excited about.
